We are the factory, not a trading company. If you distribute, install or private-label small wind turbines, we build to your specification, put your logo on the nacelle and ship in 25 days.

Our production line covers 300 W to 10 kW horizontal axis machines and 300 W to 3 kW vertical axis machines, with in-house blade moulding, stator winding, machining and assembly. That means a custom winding voltage, a different tower interface or a private-label controller is a production order, not a research project.

For distributors we hold spare-part kits for each frame size, provide a two-year parts warranty on top of the three-year machine warranty, and supply the documentation pack your customers' authorities will ask for: CE declaration, IEC 61400-2 design statement, noise measurement, foundation drawings and an O&M manual.

Capabilities

Monthly capacity: 220 units across all frame sizes; 60 units for 3 kW and above.
Customisation: Winding voltage, controller firmware, tower interface, blade colour, nacelle branding, packaging and manual language.
MOQ: 20 units for stock models, 50 units for custom windings or branding.
Certification: CE (EMC + LVD), IEC 61400-2 design practice, ISO 9001 production, RoHS on request.
Lead time: 15–25 days ex-works for standard models; 35–45 days for custom runs.
Terms: 30 % deposit, balance against B/L copy; FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF, or DDP by quotation.

How an order runs

1. Specification

Send the target voltage, power range, tower type and market. We confirm feasibility and quote within three working days.

2. Sample

A stock unit or a custom sample ships in 15 days for bench and field testing.

3. Pilot run

20–50 units with your branding, packaging and manual language.

4. Series supply

Scheduled monthly shipments with a spare-parts kit and a rolling 12-month forecast.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. Our plant is in Changsha, Hunan, with blade moulding, stator winding and final assembly on one site. We welcome factory visits and third-party inspection.

What is the minimum order for private label?

50 units for a private-label run, or 20 units if you accept our standard nacelle with your label on the packaging. Blade colour changes need 100 units.

Do you supply spare parts?

Yes — a spare-parts kit per 20 units is standard (blades, bearings, controller board, brake resistor), priced at 6 % of the unit value and shipped with the order.
